I have experience with helping individuals who have suffered trauma, major life changes/challenges, conflict and other stressors that have negatively impacted their lives. I have a passion for helping others work through past pain so that they can improve their future. My goal for every individual I serve is to help them become their strongest version. I strive to create a safe and healthy space for everyone and meet everyone with compassion. I utilize several evidence-based therapy techniques and even humor at times.
