I work with adults who want to address anxiety, depression, and relational concerns. My therapeutic approach is catered for each client. I specialize in anxiety disorders, including GAD, social anxiety, OCD and perinatal/postpartum anxiety. I use evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) to help my clients learn how to navigate unhelpful thoughts, learn new ways of thinking, and regulate their nervous system. Much of therapy includes also helping my clients try new things that are anxiety-provoking for them, in order to overcome their fears/worries. With an attachment lens, I want to help my clients gain insight on root causes of distress, while also engaging in healthier meaningful relationships now.
