Hello and welcome! I’m a trauma-informed licensed therapist with lived experience as a parent, cancer survivor, Indian-American, and member of the LGBTQ+ community. Over the past five years, I’ve supported clients ages 3–95. I work well with children, couples, and parents, as well as anyone navigating immigration, chronic illness, eating disorders, depression, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, borderline, postpartum, divorce, identity exploration, work stress, and trauma. We will work collaboratively to understand your situation, tackle your struggles and build tools, so you can thrive in life! Whatever your story holds, I aim be a consistent empathetic support while challenging you to overcome your struggles and take accountability. My priority is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and empowered. I believe we can create the change you are looking for in your life so you can find happiness and peace.
