As a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) and clinical experience of over 20 years , I bring a wealth of experience and expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). My clinical practice focuses on helping individuals navigate anxiety and depression across the lifespan, as well as addressing complex issues such as PTSD and OCD.
