My name is Collene Garland. I have a Masters in Counseling and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 11 years post graduate clinical experience. I create an atmosphere of caring and open communication so that individuals may leave therapy sessions feeling a sense relief and hopeful regarding their next steps. I use Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic styles of therapy; allowing a client to delve into root causes while also enabling them to feel empowered to take actionable steps towards maximizing their potential for managing their own lives.
