My name is Jenna Waterbury. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Michigan. I’ve been helping people professionally for over 19 years. There are times in our lives that we all turn to unhealthy coping skills. Whether we are suffering emotionally from unresolved childhood trauma; current life transitions; or are dealing with the struggles of anxiety, depression, mood disorders, etc., we all encounter challenges where help from an unbiased party may be beneficial. I believe it is valuable for us all to do a thorough analysis of our background to understand where we came from; how our past affects our current behavior; and to decide if changing our present behavior would improve quality of life. I treat trauma using CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, etc.
