Hello! I imagine you are here because some aspect of your life is challenging and you're looking for help. I became a therapist because I believe therapy can help heal emotional wounds, give us coping strategies to change behavior, and make life more fulfilling. My aim is to work with you to enhance your understanding of who you are, deepen your compassion for yourself, and help you eliminate any barriers that are holding you back. I am skilled at treating issues such as trauma, mood and or anxiety disorders, addictions, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship problems. I have developed a profound confidence in the capacity for people to heal, change and grow.
