Life throws curve balls. Today's world comes with a set of stressors that can sometimes be difficult to navigate. New Freedom has established a reputation in the community regarding the ability to help navigate stressors related to individuals with criminal justice involvement, past trauma history, substance use disorders, and general life transitions that may be difficult to manage. Our Transitions Program is offering those services to individuals living in the greater Phoenix area in order to assist the general population with those struggles.
