We provide child, adolescent, adult, and couples counseling in Parsippany (Morris County), NJ. Supporting teens and children with sports, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other emotional challenges. We also bring extensive knowledge and experience working collaboratively with schools. Adult counseling is a space to pause, reflect, and work through life’s challenges with support, insight, and practical tools for lasting change. We also provide couples counseling for partners seeking to improve communication, deepen understanding, and navigate challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space.
