My ideal client is a thoughtful, high-functioning adult who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected despite appearing “put together” on the outside. They may be navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or questions of identity and purpose. They want a space to slow down, feel understood, and develop greater emotional regulation, clarity, and self-trust. Their goal is to feel more grounded, connected, and aligned in their daily life and relationships. I offer warm, collaborative therapy for adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My integrative approach blends psychodynamic insight, CBT/ACT skills, mindfulness, and somatic tools to support emotional regulation, clarity, and meaningful change.
