I believe that therapy is the client's personal journey where insight is created and processed to help enhance the client's life. My role as a therapist, is to provide unconditional regard, support, and another perspective as the client moves through their journey. I enjoy the variety of therapy that I can provide to adults, adolescents, and children through individual, family, and couples counseling.
