We are accepting new clients both in-person and virtual. Our caring therapists are here to help. We specialize in working with exhausted people pleasers, individuals struggling with feelings of low self-worth, anxiety or depression that feel disconnected from others and trauma survivors who feel that unresolved events are keeping them stuck. Whether it is learning to set boundaries, increasing self-confidence, decreasing your anxiety or healing from trauma our goal is to help so you feel better. Sometimes it might seem easier to put your needs on hold, but that isn't the answer. Now is the right time to start this journey. At New Perspective Counseling we believe in holistic care recognizing the connection between the mind, body and spirit.
