I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist who is passionate about helping individuals and families gain stability through addressing and overcoming life challenges and stressors. Wholeness and mental wellness are the goals and in the therapeutic process we began to unpack the various stressors, thought processes, and challenges that impede on your ability to walk in wholeness. We then began to arm you with the tools needed to navigate the healing journey and to "emerge into your best self!
