I approach my work with clients by meeting you where you are and building a trusting, working relationship that honors your story and experiences. I want to truly listen to understand and come alongside you in your journey to wellness. This viewpoint speaks to a phrase I've developed that also guides my life, "Our perspective on issues coming our way will determine if we live an adventurous or miserable life." Since immigrating to the USA in 2010, I have dedicated 8 years to working in the mental health field, assisting various populations facing mental health challenges. My Master's thesis focused on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). I also work with the Ukrainian refugees that have been displaced from the war.
