I am a Somatic Psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in the social service field, 15 years of that time focused on counseling support to children, youth, families and individuals. I specialize in Trauma related issues, specifically Stress Reduction, Life Adjustment s/Grief and Loss, Couples/Family/Child-Youth Dynamics and LGBTQAI issues. My work history in school settings included social skill training, violence prevention/ feeling identification education, as well as mental health support services and parenting. This experience has helped shaped the educational and client centered approach to how I practice.
