I received a M.A. in Clinical Professional Psychology with a certificate in Child and Adolescent Therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. As a counselor who specializes in helping individuals and families overcome trauma and life stressors, I support owning the narrative. I have helped individuals and families navigate trauma, grief, anxiety and depression, as well as life transitions, identity concerns, relationships and self-esteem.
