My work centers on helping clients meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and intention, especially when the world has taught us to disconnect from ourselves. I have extensive experience supporting clients of different ages navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, the process of self-discovery, BIPOC experiences, inner child wounds etc.
