I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, behavioral and emotional regulation, trauma, and life transitions with compassion and real-world understanding. My passion lies in supporting families: parents who feel burnt out, overwhelmed, or worried about how to reconnect with their kids; parents who want to break cycles, heal, and grow into the best versions of themselves.
