Oh...our brains as humans. We regularly recognize both awesome and frustrating aspects to being the self I'm sure - especially those within the neurodivergent community. I can formally attest as a fellow neurodivergent with lived experience. Therapy is not a one size fits all support, as we can each operate through varying brain styles. You are a unique person, and you therefore deserve a unique mental health approach. I am a social worker at heart and use a person-in-environment lens to target the holistic self.
