Life can get overwhelming and you feel like you're in it alone. I meet you where you are at by viewing your needs as they are. I'm client centered and together we'll work. I've been in this field since 2009 as a professional helper, and started out working w/ children, pre-teens, adolescence (i.e., foster care, adoption, behavioral and emotional, and autism); then expanded into working w/ adults (i.e., SMI population, forensic population, criminal justice involve population, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, OCD, anger management, life transitions, thinking disorders). I want to empower you to help you overcome obstacles.
