I am a master’s student doing my Marriage and Family Therapy practicum through Namu Integrative Therapy Services, LLC . I am also a first-generation Hmong American with an understanding of Hmong culture and traditions. I am family-centered and enjoy creating new positive bonds with people. I understand that everyone has their own experience in life, and I am excited to be able to join and support you on your journey. I inspire myself to break the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage all to seek the help they need. In this therapeutic partnership, I believe that each person knows their story best.
