I am currently licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. I have experience working with both adolescent and adult clients on a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, family conflict, substance abuse, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. My style is warm and nonjudgmental and pulls from techniques from various therapeutic models to meet clients where they are and address their concerns in the most effective ways.
