I provide client-centered, affirming therapy to help people resolve their life challenges. I use a variety of approaches to help clients change thoughts, feelings and behaviors to increase their self-awareness and well-being. I work with people holistically to increase their sense of peace, balance and joy. I enjoy working with couples to increase their sense of intimacy and connection. I incorporate play, art, and biblio therapy in my work with children.
