As an eclectic psychotherapist, I use many approaches, and have an ability to be deeply present with your experiences. I offer grounded, thoughtful, creative, playful, kind, and compassionate support. My desire is to assist you through challenges and help you find balance and healing. My mirror of reflection is through 18 years work in community mental health, with wide ranging mental health and addiction issues. I've experienced oneness, Christ Consciousness, transpersonal, and non-ordinary states, yet also my own drama and occasional trauma. I am here to help raise awareness, create options, and facilitate you finding your way.
