The greek word "sozo" means "a return to wholeness, to heal, to make well, to restore." All therapy attempts to do just that, bringing clients back into a state of health, balance, and wellness. The foundation of my practice embodies the philosophy that all clients walking through my door will be met with a space which will allow them to find health in whatever form it takes. Wherever you may find yourself, and no matter what you're struggling with, you'll be met with kindness, compassion, and a willing partner on your journey towards health. As a clinician I pride myself on my abilities to build trust, create a therapeutic environment which allows for true emotional expression, and taking into consideration the entire life context of all my clients. Therapy is a wholistic process which involves understanding mind and body while encouraging my client's potential for healing and self-discovery.
