About
Many people come to therapy carrying a sense of pain, disconnection, or unresolved conflict. These struggles can show up in different ways — strained relationships, emotional withdrawal, sudden life changes, or even a subtle but unsettling shift in one’s sense of self. In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, our inner lives can feel increasingly fragmented. The pressures of work, family, and personal expectations often leave little space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Over time, this disconnection can lead to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, family conflict, or a painful loss of self-worth. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each person or relationship. Healing begins with creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore difficult feelings and accept the challenges that come with growth and change. Rather than focusing only on what feels broken, therapy is also about rediscovering oneself.
