People seek therapy at many different points in their lives. Some come because something isn’t working the way it used to. Others are carrying stress, grief, relationship challenges, or long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift. Many are simply looking for a space where they can slow down, reflect, and be met with care rather than judgment. My work is rooted in helping clients feel more regulated, understood, and capable in their daily lives. Together, we look at how past experiences, current stressors, and relational dynamics shape emotions, behaviors, and choices.
