Currently not accepting new clients. I help people find relief from ADHD, depression, and trauma by helping them understand their unique story and how they have come to navigate in the world. We identify what isn’t working and the why behind it. Then, we'll learn to make needed changes and to have more compassionate relationships with themselves and others. I work with those who often feel a deep sense of shame or may never have had a healthy attachment. I partner with those who feel at war with themselves and/or others and engage in negative patterns but struggle to stop it. Ultimately, I help people come home to themselves. With honesty and a touch of humor, I utilize my specialized training in combination with my personal experiences to help people feel understood, seen, accepted, and ultimately have hope for the future.
