I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) who has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients who were struggling to cope with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, anger, panic attacks, behavioral challenges, mood changes, trauma, grief, loss, spirituality-related issues, relationship conflicts, communication, and self-esteem problems.
