Many of the women I work with are navigating major life transitions, healing from trauma, or rebuilding their confidence after toxic and abusive relationships. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their inner world, set boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of self. Together, we often examine attachment patterns and the internal dynamics that shape relationships, decision-making, and self-perception. For college students, I focus on the unique challenges they face (including academic stress, identity exploration, and relationship dynamics), empowering them to build confidence and self-awareness.
