Hello! My name is Nichole Garcia. Do you feel anxious, depressed, and suffering from childhood/ teen/ adult trauma? Well I am the therapist for you! During my sessions, I try to be open minded and focus on coping skills that are healthy for you. I have trainings in DBT, CBT, prolonged exposure, substance abuse, eating disorders, and personality disorders. My main goal is to make sure we are working on a treatment plan that is client centered focused. If you aren’t feeling involved in the process, then we aren’t working as a team.
