I have been in the mental health field for over ten years. I am licensed in Wyoming and New York and believe that therapy should be a place where you can be open and honest about anything going on in your life, good or not so good. I like to take a collaborative approach to my sessions. My belief is that each of us knows ourselves best, and it is my role to unlock the skills you already have. I primarily use interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
