Making the initial phone call to seek counseling can be one of the most difficult things to do. I have worked with many clients who initially avoid counseling because of fear, shame, or anxiety around sharing their experience. My hope is to be a safe place to process the ups and downs of life. If you are unsure, be encouraged that you have already taken the first courageous step by looking. By taking the next step, you will find that there is hope on the other side. It is my goal to incorporate those difficult experiences into healthy living. I seek to integrate the whole person- heart, mind, body and spirit for a fuller experience of healing.
