I help people who have survived painful life experiences to finally break free from the toxic residues of their pasts. My clients come to me locked within cycles of flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, addiction, regret, anger, and/or shame and also may deal with chronic self-esteem problems. In some cases, they may even feel their identity has been shattered or they have a fragmented sense of who they now are. Clients leave treatment with me feeling empowered, resilient, healthy and whole. The events of the past finally feel like they are IN the past, as they are no longer negatively impacting the present, nor your future.
