I am a Licensed Professional Counselor devoted to helping all individuals achieve their life goals while improving their relationships with others. My experience includes working with individuals and their families in the school system for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping my clients who present with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, depression, anger management, co-dependency, life transitions, and family conflict. My therapeutic approach focuses on cognitive behavioral, person-centered, psychodynamic, internal family systems, and mindfulness work.
