Life can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating challenges like neurodiversity, trauma, or mental health struggles. I’m Nichole, a therapist who brings both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent to two neurodivergent boys. With eight years supporting at-risk youth and work as a community clinician, I’ve helped people facing schizophrenia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, autism, and more. My approach is grounded in empathy, insight, and dedication to each client’s growth.
