I believe each client is an individual with a voice and each therapy session should be empowering. I spend time getting to know each client and base my therapeutic technique on their individual needs. I truly believe that therapy is just a way for us to grow better than we were yesterday! I also believe that just like not every person is for everyone not every therapist is for every person so I love feedback from my clients. This journey is all about the client.
