Now accepting new patients for in person and virtual sessions for ages 12 and up. I support adolescents and families navigating mood changes, life transitions, family conflict, addiction, and grief. Many teens and parents feel overwhelmed or unsure where to turn. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can gain clarity, restore balance, and build healthier ways of coping so meaningful and lasting change can happen.
