I offer in-person and virtual therapy for adolescents and families struggling with a range of issues - mood instability, complicated life transitions, family rupture, addiction and grief and loss. Young adults are being confronted by a complex and changing world that is stressful and confusing. Navigating school, peer relationships and other choices that impact the direction of their lives can be overwhelming. Parents often feel overmatched. Everyone is seeking purpose in his or her life. The therapy I offer is designed to help cultivate an evolution of meaning within the life of each client I serve.
