I work with young people and adults who are curious to understand themselves and their relationships on a deeper level. My clients often feel caught in unhelpful patterns at work or school, within family or love relationships, or in their thinking and feeling - and want to discover why. Many are recovering from difficult relationships, trauma, stress, or are managing life transitions that have left them wondering what comes next and what they need to feel better. For some people a diagnosis like depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder captures their experience while others are still seeking an answer. My style is warm, but straightforward. I combine depth-oriented insight with practical tools to support insight, self-compassion, and change.
