I'm grateful you’re taking a chance at considering counseling. Ideally, you are at a point ready for a change and looking for someone to support you in your goals. It seems most challenges have to do with a person's past experiences, relationships, and/or worldview and their role in it. Those various areas can affect a person at different levels. A large part of my role is to help empower you, properly connect you with a healthy community, and when the time is right, work myself out of the picture.
