I believe that each of us possesses the tools to improve our lives. I prioritize teamwork with clients, as well as cultural sensitivity and proficiency with EMDR. I create a sense of safety with clients and believe in instilling a genuine sense of hope when working with people. I enjoy working with adults in their 20s and 30s who live with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, and I specialize in incorporating EMDR into therapy. My specialty is working with empaths (people who feel their emotions or the emotions of others very deeply) and people who feel “cut off” from their emotions but have something they want to process.
