I am here to help people navigate life challenges with well over a decade of experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields. My passion for this work centers around building meaningful, positive relationships based on trust, empathy, collaboration, listening, and humor. Whether you are down and out, a little lost, or just need some guidance to take it to the next level, together we can get you on track to living your best life. I specialize in treating teenagers, adults, and seniors with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, trauma and PTSD, substance use disorders, and grief. To promote change, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and practical behavior approaches such as routine changes and developing a healthy lifestyle to improve mental health.
