As a Licensed Associate of Marriage and Family Therapy (LAMFT), I am passionately committed to the field of mental health and relational well-being. I aim to help individuals and families navigate all of life's challenges including depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. Throughout my career journey, I have actively engaged in clinical training and coursework which has helped me develop skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention. Drawing from various theoretical frameworks, including family systems theory and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
