I am a trauma-focused IFS therapist offering a non-pathologizing space for those seeking to heal from complex trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, substance use, and grief. I support clients in safely integrating difficult life experiences by cultivating a connection to their innate healing resources. I am certified in Internal Family Systems (Level 3), Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KTC), Psychedelic Therapy and Integration (Fluence), MDMA-Assisted Therapy (MAPS/Lykos), and Harm Reduction. Over the past decade, I’ve also been involved with MAPS’ Zendo Project, helping individuals transform challenging psychological states.
