I support adolescents (12+), adults, and parents through a wide range of challenges including life transitions, relationship struggles, grief, stress, and the evolving pressures of today’s world. Many teens find me approachable and trustworthy, and I’m passionate about helping them navigate the complexities of growing up in a fast-changing environment. I also work with clients facing midlife-career changes, substance use—personally or in families—and those overwhelmed by economic uncertainty or political shifts.
