My ideal client is typically between the ages of 5 and 18 and is navigating emotional and behavioral challenges that affect their daily life at home, in school, or in relationships. These children may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, social difficulties, or neurodivergence such as autism or ADHD. Their normal goals are to better express themselves and manage their emotions within interpersonal relationships and situations.
