Every life has inherent value, no matter where you’ve come from. There are so many different paths that can lead you here, to counseling. I am so glad you have arrived. As someone who is eager to co-write this next chapter of your life with you, I believe everyone has a story to tell, which can be rewritten. Rewriting your story can be a powerful instrument of healing, as well as a testament to the human condition. My specialty is in anxiety, depression, relational issues and identity exploration. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I am also interested in the areas of grief and loss, substance use and career development. I have had experience working with children with ADHD, teaching coping skills, parent training as well as resources for this and child anxiety disorders.
