Trauma leaves us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others, and makes it difficult to create a fulfilling life. It can lead to feeling that are out of touch with yourself, like your responses aren’t in your control and feelings of shame. I want to help you feel whole, to be able to regulate yourself, and to feel in control of your life again. Post-traumatic stress is incredibly difficult to live with, and with the right tools, you can heal and return to who you want to be.
