We are made for relationships. When we don't have good relationships, the rest of life becomes overwhelming. Therapy is about learning how to relate to people in a healthy way, with good boundaries, emotional intelligence, and (appropriate) love. By looking at the past and how it shapes the present, we can be more free to choose a different future. Healing comes for those who don't want to repeat the past anymore but have freedom moving forward with those that they love. We will work on this goal together.
